VCU requires each fraternity and sorority to have a chapter advisor to guide, advise, and support the chapter and monitor its progress. Expectations for a chapter advisor include being skilled in organizational and leadership development and proficient in the chapter's inter/national policies. Chapter advisors devote a significant amount of time to the chapter, and it is through committed alumnae support that chapters achieve their greatest success. |
